Beautiful Sunday

The last day of winter certainly doesn't look it around here, though we went to some nurseries yesterday and their supply of plants is still low. I get in the mood to plant when it first turns warm. Often, by the time you should really do it, it seems too hot already to me.

Also yesterday I went to a shower for a young woman I've known since her preschool days and she gave me her blog address and that of a friend who I also have known for many years. Wow! I then realized what a sad and pathetic thing my little blog is. But, oh well. I'm doing all right for an old bird. Some people my age...many people my age don't even know what a blog is. So there ya go.

Dee, Katie and Robin on a visit to the Fort Worth Museum of Modern Art...a great spot, you should go! It was too cold for spring break though...what happened to all that sunshine and heat from last weekend? Makes us want to go out in the garden and hug our poor little baby plants.

Girls in the Nasher garden with sculpture. This program is doing some strange things today.

Or at least an hour or two. Robin and Katie came to visit yesterday and today we went to the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas where there is an outdoor sculpture garden as well as a lot of indoor art.
